Prime Minister Balen Shah has urged lawmakers with technical backgrounds to contribute to Nepal’s development by making the best use of their professional expertise. Speaking during a meeting with technical-background members of the House of Representatives at the Prime Minister’s Office in Singha Durbar on Wednesday, Shah encouraged them to focus more on long-term policies and innovative ideas rather than
