The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) collected Rs 67.76 crore in tourist entry fees during fiscal year 2082/83, its highest-ever annual revenue. A total of 508,476 foreign tourists visited the conservation area, including 384,145 from South Asian countries and 124,331 from other countries. Indian visitors accounted for the largest share, with 375,797 arrivals. ACAP charges Rs 1,000 for South Asian
