Construction of the road and major civil structures inside Nepal’s Siddhababa Tunnel has been completed, with authorities preparing to open it to vehicles by mid-Mangsir. Project Chief Navaraj Bastola said remaining work is being accelerated, with vehicle operation targeted by Mangsir 15. Delays in construction materials caused by monsoon conditions and the Bhote Koshi floods pushed the earlier schedule back by
