Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has said that Nepal’s Federal Parliament has not become weak and is functioning effectively. Speaking at a press conference at Singha Durbar on Friday, Aryal said Parliament continues to work according to its institutional dignity and established procedures.
He said it would not be appropriate for him to comment on issues raised by individual lawmakers but maintained
