The Ministry of Women, Children, Senior Citizens and Social Security and the Nepal Red Cross Society have signed a memorandum of understanding under the ‘Samunnati Programme’ to support families and individuals affected by the Bhotekoshi floods. Acting Secretary Chakra Bahadur Budha and Nepal Red Cross Society Chairman Dr. Bishal Bhandari signed the agreement in the presence of Minister Sita Badi.
