National Planning Commission Vice-Chair Dr. Gunakar Bhatta has said Nepal must increase investment in productivity and innovation alongside expanding production to achieve high and sustainable economic growth. Speaking at the 44th anniversary and staff reunion of the Nepal Administrative Staff College, Bhatta stressed the need to make research and development, knowledge sharing, technology and innovation key components of economic policy.
