More than 800 important historical documents from Nepal, dating from the 13th to the 20th century, have been brought back from Germany and handed over to the National Archives of Nepal.
The valuable collection includes palm-leaf manuscripts, royal orders, legal documents, Sanskrit texts, and historical travel accounts. The documents provide important records of Nepal’s political, legal, intellectual, and cultural history.
