The water level of the Kaligandaki River has risen significantly due to continuous heavy rainfall, prompting authorities in Baglung, Parbat and Myagdi to urge residents in riverside areas to remain highly alert. Police have advised people to avoid riverbanks and other vulnerable locations and move to safer areas. The river has been carrying muddy floodwater from the Mustang region, further
