Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal has said the government is working to amend existing laws to create a favorable environment for infrastructure development and investment. Speaking at a workshop on legal reforms for investment and development under the Nepal Infrastructure Summit 2026 on Friday, Lamsal said laws directly affect governance and development outcomes. He described laws as a reflection of the
