Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) General Secretary and lawmaker Bipin Acharya has urged the government to establish an autonomous transfer board to prevent pressure from relatives and influential individuals in the transfer and promotion of government employees. Speaking during a House of Representatives meeting, Acharya said transfer and promotion-related pressure has been the biggest challenge he has faced since entering politics.
