The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved an initial public offering (IPO) nearly six months after its last approval. On Tuesday, the board decided to grant permission to Him Parbat Hydropower Company to issue its IPO. The company will issue shares worth NPR 1.69 arab, comprising 1 crore 69 lakh shares at a face value of NPR 100 each.
