Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane said comments over Prime Minister Balendra Shah’s absence from party programs have been exaggerated. Speaking at the Nepali Congress’s 15th General Convention at Khula Manch on Sunday, Lamichhane said the party has agreed to divide responsibilities between party and government leadership. He said he handles party activities while the Prime Minister focuses on
