Nepal’s National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and Malaysia’s National Human Rights Commission, SUHAKAM, have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen the protection of workers’ rights in both countries. The agreement, signed in Kuala Lumpur for 2026–28, focuses on investigating human rights violations, monitoring detention centers and improving workers’ access to justice. The two commissions will also address issues including
