The Narapass–Hilsa section of the Karnali Corridor has reopened after heavy snowfall blocked the road. Heavy equipment was used to clear snow from the high-altitude route, located approximately 4,500 metres above sea level. The reopening will make it easier for Nepali workers employed in Taklakot, China, to return home for the festive season.
