Former Nepali President Bidya Devi Bhandari is scheduled to depart for China on Thursday to attend the Global Governance Forum 2026, marking her first foreign visit since being appointed a senior leader of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist), or CPN-UML.
