The Government of Nepal has suspended the National Private and Boarding Schools’ Association Nepal (N-PABSAN) until further notice, citing repeated non-compliance with government directives and activities allegedly contrary to its approved statute and objectives. The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a public notice on Friday, stating that N-PABSAN had repeatedly failed to follow directives issued under the National Direction Act, 2015.
